The mission of the Ocean Grove Discipleship Training Center is to build up congregations and their leaders to be agents of grace and transformation to shape and heal the world.
Our Focus on Congregations
The Ocean Grove Discipleship Training Center seeks to touch the lives of many thousands of people across the country and around the world. In our work, we transcend denominational and culural boundaries. That's one of our great strengths. As a forum for innovation, we bring together leaders of faith to share ideas and develop relationships. As a practical resource, we are unmatched. The Discipleship Training Center is continually learning from and sharing knowledge with congregations, seminaries, denominationl leaders, and others in our sphere. Our membership network continues to grow.
Congregations matter! The Discipleship Training Center began as a resource for congregations facing the challenges of a changing society. Today the opportunities have never been clearer for congregations to be vital communities of faith, health, and leadership. As an independent center for learning and collabortation, crossing boundaries of denominations and faiths, The Discipleship Training Center is helping shape the strong congregations of tomorrow.
