Lifeguards, Step Guards and Cleaners

Cleaners, 14 years or older. Entry level position. Assists in maintaining and cleaning facilities, boardwalk, and beach. Under 18 requires NJ Dept of Labor working papers.

Step Guards, minimum age 15. Checks and sells beach passes, assists and obtains assistance for patrons, provides information to visitors. Under 18 requires NJ Dept of Labor working papers.

Lifeguard applicants must be EMT or First Responder certified, at least 16 years of age, 18 and older preferred. Differential to EMTs and RNs.  Part time and full time positions available. Mature candidates are encouraged to apply. Under 18 requires NJ Dept of Labor working papers .

 YOUTH STAFF EMPLOYMENT
New Beginnings Production Assistants (2), minimum age 16. Assists in the direction of the New Beginnings show for ages 3 1/2-7. Must be available June 21st-July 24th. Under 18 requires NJ Dept. of Labor working papers. Please send an email expressing interest to jen@oceangrove.org by april 1st.
