Youth Ministry Training Program 2026 Summer Season
Youth Ministry Program Overview
The objective is to present and show by example the gospel of Jesus Christ to young people and to encourage them in their growth through the study of scripture, prayer, service, and fellowship.
Training Program Goals & Objectives
ONE: This program offers a learning opportunity through relational ministry for students aged 12-17. Youth staff leaders will also engage in various ministry activities, including teaching, pastoral care, missions, worship leadership, and leading small groups. The training program allows interns to gain practical experience in ministry, work in an environment that fosters personal and professional support, test their gifts and calling towards vocational ministry, and grow both spiritually and theologically.
TWO: The second primary objective is to both live out and share the gospel with young people in our faith community and the broader community. Summer is a crucial time when nurturing relationships and positive examples can create lasting impacts.
