Performing Arts Ministry
Welcome to Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association’s Performing Arts Ministry for children and youth! Here, creativity becomes a spiritual journey. Whether stepping on stage for the first time or returning for another joyful season, your child’s experience is part of a broader ministry designed to nurture hearts, grow faith, and reflect Christ’s light in every rehearsal and performance.
The mission of the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association, rooted in Wesleyan-Holiness theological heritage, is to provide opportunities for spiritual birth, growth, and renewal through worship, educational, cultural, and recreational programs for persons of all ages in a Christian seaside setting.

Small Beginnings
Ages 4 – 7 (Must be 4 by 7/1/25)
”Small Beginnings” is a performing arts learning opportunity that will be available to children during the Thornley Chapel program 2025. Thornley Chapel runs from 9-10:45 AM Monday - Friday.
“Small Beginnings” runs from 10 to 10:45 AM Monday - Friday.
Small Beginnings Performance date for 2025 will be July 26 at 10:30 AM in the Youth Temple
Children’s Show
Snow White
Ages 8 – 15 (Must be 8 by 7/1/25)
Explore acting, singing, and dancing skills, learn and grow as a performer, and glorify God through the arts.
2025 rehearsal dates begin June 23, 2025
Monday – Friday
10 AM – 12 PM
Performance Dates are August 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2025 at 7:30 PM in the Youth Temple
Practice days are dependent on rehearsal schedule.
Teen Show
Music Man Jr.
Ages 13 – 18 (Must be 13 by 7/1/25)
Explore acting, singing, and dancing skills, learn and grow as a performer, and glorify God through the arts.
Rehearsals begin June 23, 2025
Mondays and Wednesdays
7 – 10 PM
Auditions will be held during rehearsal on June 23 and June 25
Performance Dates: July 31 and August 1, 2025
