Attire & Arrival
Wear whatever you normally wear when preaching or speaking in your church or at other speaking and preaching events.
Please note that both Bishop Janes Tabernacle and the Great Auditorium are open-air, non-air-conditioned buildings. It is important to dress coolly, as the venues can become very warm.
Arrive no later than 10:15 AM for sound check and a review of the order of service.
You'll be greeted by the head usher and escorted to the pastor's study, where you'll review the service, meet platform participants, and check your mic settings.

Honorarium & Expenses
Hosting arrangements include an honorarium, lodging in our private guest apartment or cottage, beach badges, and local ground transportation for arrival and departure only.
Reimbursement documentation goes to natalie.stewart@oceangrove.org. We don't reimburse personal entertainment or taxi / car services.
Merchandise & Books
It's our policy to carry books in our bookstore, The Hub, written or recommended by those preaching or teaching at OGCMA during the summer.
